My Roots.

My name is Jess and I am proud to embrace my Peruvian and Guatemalan heritage. Growing up I always felt a deep connection with Mother Earth and learned from an early age the healing power in natures remedies. My personal spiritual awakening blossomed further in my adult years and was sparked when I was introduced to massage therapy. I’ve had my own battles with chronic pain, stemming from past traumas, and massage therapy showed me the power of touch. It helped me bring awareness to my body and my stagnant energies. I then decided to go to massage school and I graduated from National Holistic Institue.

As my journey unfolded, I dove deeper into the sacred realms of the divine feminine. I wanted to be released from the fight and Flight state and enter into my sacred, nurturing energy. The divine feminine is not tied to gender but rather encompasses qualities attributed to femininity (compassion, creativity, intuition, & interconnectedness). it's about honoring and tapping into these qualities within oneself and the world.  it's about recognizing the balance between masculine & feminine energies and knowing the importance of nurturing both aspects within us and our community.

Today, as a devoted practitioner and advocate for holistic wellness, I am honored to walk alongside others on their journey towards wholeness and vitality. we are on this journey together. with the world we live in, I know it can cause stress and recovery seems impossible. Healing encompasses not just the individual, but also the environment we live in.  That’s why it is important to be mindful with your space and release what is no longer serving you. we must nourish the soul, and taking care of ourselves and our home, does just that.
