Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove waste & excess fluid from the body. The benefits include reducing swelling, inflammation, and boosting the immune system. It is great way to get your circulation moving and detoxing your body.

Pregnancy is a time when a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to major physical and emotional changes. My goal is to help relieve any pain and discomfort experienced during your pregnancy. I use (safe) specific techniques and accommodate the space to make sure you are comfortable. Benefits include emotional support, relief of joint pains due to postural imbalance, and importantly relaxation.
